Converting this PR to draft as we'll take up COSI driver instantiation and deployment to Kommander. Leaving the code for future reference iff we chose to revert back from the decision. |

Kommander is now released and is installing the COSI drivers. Closing this PR but keeping the branch around incase something changes in the future. |
